Nuestra compañía fue fundada en Mayo de 2019 por un equipo de personas increíbles y con una experiência única, el grupo de fundadores está conformado por los creadores de PayU Latam y otras empresas expertas en tecnología financiera. Estamos creando soluciones de pago para pequeñas y medianas empresas. Nuestro primer producto es un datáfono móvil que le permite a nuestros clientes recibir pagos con tarjetas de crédito y débito con ayuda de una aplicación:

**El rol**
Como** External Sales Executive **estaras a cargo de hacer seguimiento a los comercios vinculados, motivarlos e impulsarlos al uso del datáfono.
**Responsabilidades del rol**:
- Manejar información de clientes vía, whatsapp, redes sociales, y llamadas.
- Hacer seguimiento a los comercios vinculados por el canal vía telefónica, chats, correos.- Analizar las oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y/o productos de acuerdo con los comentarios recibidos de parte de los clientes.
- Aclarar dudas a los comercios sobre funcionalidades y correcto uso del producto, y si es el caso guíarlo para poder solucionar o escalar si es el caso.
- Identificar qué necesidades tienen los clientes con los servicios o productos y de manera oportuna escalar las novedades que se presenten.
- Promover el uso del datáfono para el cumplimiento de meta en TPV
- Realiza estrategias para que los comercios vendan más con Bold.
- Tener la capacidad de vender un datáfono adicional o realizar upgrade del mismo
- Comunicar oportunamente a las áreas involucradas reporte de la gestión
