**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition goals.
- **Sales Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Sales Forecasting and Planning**:Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast future sales performance and develop sales plans accordingly.
- **Pipeline Management**: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a healthy flow of opportunities and conversions.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market trends that impact sales strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
- **Budgeting and Resource Allocation**: Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a positive return on investment.
- **Sales Reporting and Communication**:Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and vendors.
- **Compliance and Ethics**:Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as promote ethical conduct within the sales organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- It is requiered to have a proven experience in payments or acquirer environment/market.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills..
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
