**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with **excellent communication skills** in both languages
- **4+ years of experience** in an administrative role, preferably in **banking** and **real estate**:

- Strong proficiency in **Excel** (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
