**A Day in the Life
- You will troubleshoot and resolve end-user reported issues related to the CRM system and associated capabilities.
- You will regularly communicate progress and status updates to end-users and other internal departments.
- You will direct end-users to additional resources, including documented information, reference materials and self-service tools as appropriate.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial IT, to escalate and address complex technical issues requiring specialized expertise.
- You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs to support self-service resources for end-users.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor’s degree administrative areas
- 1 or more years of relevant relevant experience supporting sales, CRM, or Customer Operations
- Fluent in English level
- Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and issue resolution ability

**Nice to haves**
- Intermediate Portuguese level
- Working knowledge of Conga CPQ
- Experience in healthcare industry
