**Platform Partner Development Manager**

Full-time | Bogotá

**Role Overview**: As the Regional Microsoft Alliance Manager - known internally as the Platform Manager Development Manager, you will define and complete strategies to drive regional partner performance with a focus on Microsoft solutions. Responsibilities include strategic planning, teamwork, performance tracking, and relationship management to meet business objectives related to Microsoft.

**How** a day to day would look like in this role**:
**Define Regional Partner Strategies**:

- Establish performance targets, programs, sales plays, and incentives tailored to the regional Microsoft market.**Identify High-Propensity Opportunities**:

- Collaborate with regional partner managers and Microsoft sellers to identify key opportunities.
- Co-develop tailored sales pitches passionate about Microsoft solutions to increase revenue.**Define Operational Requirements**:

- Settle necessary Microsoft accreditations, certifications, marketing efforts, and pre-sales capacity.
- Ensure regional teams have the technical pre-sales capacity and Microsoft certifications needed to achieve targets.**Collaborate with Collaborators**:

- Work with internal and external collaborators for effective execution of the Microsoft partner strategy.
- Establish relationships with regional Microsoft ISV commercial and partner teams, encouraging awareness of Microsoft capabilities through regular presence at partner regional HQs.
- Serve as the communication bridge to channel customer feedback to global Microsoft teams and refine global priorities.**Build Marketing Plans**:

- Develop marketing plans, agendas, and collateral in collaboration with the regional marketing team.
- Track the execution and efficiency of marketing efforts through defined critical metrics.**Design and Track Programs**:

- Develop and assess the efficiency of regional Microsoft programs and sales plays, such as SPIFs and seller trainings.**Establish Operating Rhythm and Governance**:

- Implement governance structures to drive and monitor performance outcomes.
- Conduct regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly) with internal and external collaborators to ensure alignment and progress.**Conduct Enablement Sessions**:

- Prioritize and lead sessions to socialize elements from the Microsoft sales playbook, including sales motions, pitches, and integrated offerings.
- Keep regional teams updated on changes in Microsoft partner strategy and standard methodologies.**Design PoCs and Case Studies**:

- Collaborate with Microsoft Service Line leaders to design Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and case studies.
- Share these with regional sellers to demonstrate value and drive Microsoft sales.

What we need to see from you:
**We would expect you to have as Required**:

- 5+ years in partner ecosystem, preferably with experience working with Microsoft and their partners
- Extensive background in Microsoft partner management.
- Ability to form relationships within the Microsoft partner ecosystem and with internal collaborators to drive awareness of Microsoft capabilities and implement partner strategies.
- Confirmed operational strength in designing and tracking effectiveness of Microsoft programs, sales plays, and incentives.
- Strategic approach with analytic thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Key Sales Competencies & Behaviors: Leading Business Sense, Understanding Client Needs, Developing Relationships, Delivering Value Proposition, Overcoming Objections, Instructing & Advising, Navigating the Deal, Managing Procurement, Negotiating to Close, and Growing the Client through Microsoft Competency Assessment.
- Extensive Microsoft partner management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Shown operational strength in designing and tracking Microsoft programs, sales plays, and incentives.
- Strategic attitude with analytic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in strategic prospecting techniques and relationship building within the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Experience in developing and implementing Microsoft-specific marketing plans.
- Familiarity with Microsoft sales methodologies and standard processes.
- Understanding of the Microsoft software industry landscape, including market trends and emerging technologies.
- Skills for demonstrating Microsoft technology solutions to solve business challenges.
