**We are searching for the best talent for Mentor Sales & Marketing Analyst to be in Bogotá, Colombia.**

**Purpose**:MENTOR ® Worldwide LLC is a leading manufacturer and supplier of medical devices to the global plastic and reconstructive surgery market. Our manufacturing capacity is exceptional. We have substantial experience in the development of biomaterials and biopolymers. At the same time, our regulatory experience and the quality of our products have allowed the company to market them in the most rigorously regulated countries in the world.

In short, our goal is to increase the quality of life of patients.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support the execution of the marketing strategic frame for Mentor within LatAm Norther Cluster
- Construction of marketing execution reports (Budget, PL17, Optins - One force, Samples, Forecast) to strengthen the decision.
- Analysis of the data (market asssetmet) found to give feedback to the Mentor team in terms of business opportunities in each territory.
- Support in the digital strategy (Omnichannel) for the marketing team in local initiatives aligned with the regional team.
- Brace the execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives of Mentor (events, meetings, launches, campaigns, promotional material etc).
- Distributor Management for work with business partners to provide them with the necessary tools to help generate demand for our products.
- Territory Optimization Ability to carry out Pre and Post-visit to clients with delivery of data and reports (knowledge of the client and negotiation opportunities).

**Qualifications**:

- University/Bachelor degree in business management, industrial engineering or related careers
- Languages required: Intermediate English
