**BAT COLOMBIA IS LOOKING FOR A HR BUSSINESS PARTNER**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Managerial

**FUNCTION**: Human Resources

**LOCATION**:Bogotá

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of of the HR department.

The role contribute with the Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness CoE in shaping business Talent strategy and agenda, and drives its execution for the commercial department.

**Reports to**:Senior HR Bussiness Partner

**Reporting Level**:Managerial

**Geographic Scope**:Center and Coast Region´s.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Supports the Senior HR manager to build, manage and deliver Global Functional succession and diversity plans.
- Manages people moves coming in and out of the Centre.
- Delivery of TRM cycle and full suite of supporting processes e.g. Perform, Develop, Leadership potential calibration;
- Development of actionable insights to support Leadership Succession and follow through.
- Support line managers with external recruitment.
- Coach line leaders to deliver operational agenda e.g. performance reviews, performance improvement plans.
- Coaches line managers to be able to deliver operational Employee Relations issues e.g. grievance, disciplinary matters.
- Advises line managers on involuntary / voluntary exits, performs exit interviews.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 4 years of working experience as an HR Bussiness Partner or HR Generalist for the commercial department.
- A comprehensive knowledge of Group’s business, strategy and way of working.
- Strong commercially savvy HR generalist.
- Solid understanding of strategy, policies and processes related to Talent, OE, Reward.
- Understanding of global line functions set up and way of working. Previous above market experience will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and relationship building skill.
- Resilience / tenacity to deliver results in an environment of ambiguity.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and is committed to self-development.
- Advance English written and spoken.
- Professional degree´s in an HR related field.
