Industrial B2B Lead Generation Manager

**Key Responsibilities:Demand Generation Strategy**
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns targeting industrial sectors such as oil, mining, wastewater, and marine construction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Leverage customer insights and industry trends to create targeted messaging and campaigns.
**Campaign Development and Execution**
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and lead conversion rates.
- Create high-quality, industry-specific content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and videos) to drive engagement.
**Lead Management and Nurturing**
- Implement and optimize lead scoring and nurturing processes within a CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value prospects.
- Monitor and improve lead conversion rates through data-driven analysis.
**Analytics and Reporting**
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), and campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and marketing spend efficiency.
- Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand the unique selling points of equipment and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Build relationships with international distributors and partners to support regional demand generation efforts.
**Event Marketing**
- Plan and execute participation in international trade shows and industry events, including pre

**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 5+ years in B2B demand generation, preferably within industrial manufacturing or a related industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with industrial sectors such as oil, mining, wastewater, chemical, or marine construction is highly desirable.
- **Marketing Tools**: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo), CRM platforms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- **Content Development**: Strong experience in creating engaging B2B content for technical and industrial audiences.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
