Junior Lead Generation / Business Developer

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients within our target industries.
- **Outreach**:

- Conduct cold calls to connect with decision-makers and generate interest.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- **Pipeline Management**: Track and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead qualification and handover.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for building relationships and achieving sales targets.
