We are a leading B2B company specializing in infustrial heavy equipment. We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Sales Enablement Manager to drive our outbound lead generation strategy. If you’re passionate about social selling, creating effective sales playbooks, and leading high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Sales Playbooks: Create, implement, and refine LinkedIn sales playbooks tailored to our B2B products and target audience.
- Train and Onboard Team: Train, coach, and support a team of LinkedIn outbound lead generators, ensuring they understand best practices and sales techniques.
- Manage Team Performance: Oversee the performance of the LinkedIn lead generation team, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Design and execute outbound lead generation strategies, leveraging LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, InMail, etc.) to build and nurture pipelines.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to align messaging, develop outreach templates, and ensure the team is equipped with the right assets.
- Analyze and Report: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to senior leadership.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with LinkedIn and social selling trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, LinkedIn outreach, or social selling, with a track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn lead generation tools.
- Experience developing sales playbooks or training materials.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent time management skills.
