**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement bilingual digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, utilizing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.

2. Monitor and optimize campaigns using tools like Metricool, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager to analyze performance metrics and improve ROI.

4. Utilize Twilio Segment for customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies.

5. Oversee website management and optimization using Webflow, focusing on user experience and SEO best practices.

6. Collaborate with content creators to ensure bilingual content aligns with SEO strategies and resonates with target audiences.

7. Leverage data analytics to provide regular reports and insights, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into digital marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Bilingual proficiency (written and spoken) in English.

3. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong track record of managing successful bilingual campaigns.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling bilingual content.

6. Analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting data to optimize campaign performance.

7. Familiarity with Twilio Segment and other customer data platforms.

8. Graphic design skills and basic HTML/CSS knowledge are a plus.
