**Position: Business Development Lead (Sales-Closer)**
**Working Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM US Eastern Time**
**Salary Range: USD 1,200 - USD 1,500/MONTH (negotiable depending on skills and exp) with Commission and Incentives**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the [industry] sector, leveraging various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with professionals, including start-ups, Founders, and Executives, to understand their needs and position Catena as a valuable partner.
- **Sales Strategies**:Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborating closely with the marketing team to align efforts.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights for the development of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach in conveying Catena's value proposition.
- **End-to-End Sales**: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a sales role, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- **Negotiation Skills**:Excellent negotiation and closing skills, coupled with the ability to adapt strategies to various client needs.
- **Relationship Management**:Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Tech Proficiency**:Proficient in internal tools such as Notion, Hubspot, and trackers, demonstrating a strong aptitude for technology.
