Quantum FBI is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative. The Business Development Sales Representative will be responsible for outreach and closing new B2B partnership deals along with the execution and day-to-day management of current relationships. In partnership with the CEO, you will build the sales, marketing, and business development strategy

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Providing leadership in developing client relationships, creating sales processes, and building a strategic pipeline
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals to leadership team
- Seeking out and tracking new business opportunities
- Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and closing deals
- Creating and maintaining a client portfolio
- Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicating these terms with company stakeholders
- Meet with clients as needed to strategize ways to expand existing partnerships and provide financial and usage data to them as needed.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred.
- You have 5+ years of Business Development experience. B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities.
- You have worked in selling of professional services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Outside of the box thinker always ready to challenge the status quo
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% of the time.
