**Acerca del puesto Analista de Customer Experience**:
Importante Startup de Ed-Tech busca un ANALISTA DE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE para que se una al mejor equipo de LATAM y seguir revolucionando la educación financiera en la región, quien será el encargado de asegurar que la experiência de los estudiantes con la empresa sea óptima e impecable mediante diversas actividades administrativas, de gestión, logística y organización.

**Requisitos**:

- Ser profesional de psicología, administración, mercadeo, finanzas o carreras afines
- Disponibilidad inmediata de tiempo completo.
- Manejo de bases de datos, Microsoft Office, Google Suite y otros.
- Excelente presentación personal.
- Buena redacción y ortografía.
- No es necesario ser experto en temas de finanzas e inversiones ya que contamos con todos los programas para poderse capacitar. En el área de CX, en particular, la atención al cliente es crucial.

**Funciones**:

- Desarrollar estrategias de retención y gamificación para que los estudiantes alcancen un mayor % de avance y finalización de los diferentes programas.
- Participar en la organización de los diferentes eventos que se llevan a cabo con los estudiantes en las diferentes etapas que esto conlleva: convocatoria, logística, registro, consecución de proveedores, facturación, retroalimentación, etc.
- Construir los perfiles de nuestros clientes y estudiantes a través de entrevistas semi estructuradas y NEMs.
- Apoyar en los diferentes programas del departamento como el programa de tutores élite y de embajadores.

**Compensación**:
Esquema semipresencial, buscando estar en oficina mínimo de 2 días a la semana.

Contrato: Indefinido
