**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Supervisar la implementación y entrega de servicios, asegurando la adhesión a los estándares y níveles de servicio de los clientes.Desarrollar y mantener procedimientos operativos para asegurar la eficacia en la prestación de servicios.

Relación con Clientes:

- Establecer y cultivar relaciones sólidas con los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y asegurando la satisfacción continua. Manejar tratos y solicitudes de clientes, garantizando una comunicación clara y efectiva.

Informes Mensuales:

- Desarrollar informes mensuales comprensivos sobre la postura de seguridad, vulnerabilidades identificadas y la eficacia de los servicios prestados.
- Presentar información de manera clara y accesible para la alta dirección.
- Gestionar escalamientos por parte de los clientes, garantizando una resolución eficaz y oportuna de problemas y preocupaciones. Coordinar con los equipos técnicos para asegurar que los problemas sean tratados de manera adecuada.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada como Service Delivery Manager en proyectos de soporte sitio y mesas de ayuda.
- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación y negociación para tratar con clientes.
- Capacidad para producir informes mensuales detallados y presentar información de manera clara y concisa.
- Gestión y control de facturación de las cuentas asignadas.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Profesional en ingeniería de Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.
- Experiência de 2 a 3 años en puestos afines.
- Se requiere experiência como coordinador en un entorno empresarial
- Buen conocimiento de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office y Project.
- Grandes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en idioma inglés
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo;
- Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente con una supervisión mínima.
- Certificación en ITIL v4 o superior
- Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos.
