En **Solvo Global** estamos en la búsqueda de **Especialistas en Cuentas por Cobrar** **BILINGÜES** en la ciudad de **BARRANQUILLA** para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo con uno de nuestros Clientes Norteamericanos más importantes de nuestra compañia.

**Responsabilidades esenciales**:

- Iniciar las llamadas de cobro y la correspondencia con los clientes y los agentes internacionales según sea necesario.
- Documentar las conversaciones internas y externas con puntualidad y precisión en el software de cobros.
- Procesar las facturas de los agentes, los pagos y las contrapartidas utilizando diversas aplicaciones informáticas.
- Realizar un seguimiento puntual de los problemas de cobro
- Investigar y proporcionar documentación de apoyo cuando sea necesario
- Actuar como enlace con las sucursales para garantizar el pago puntual de las facturas.
- Garantizar que todos los litigios y las solicitudes de aclaración se resuelven o se responde a ellos a su debido tiempo.
- Comunicarse con la dirección en relación con los problemas de los agentes de forma rápida y eficaz.
- Recopilar, clasificar y archivar todos los documentos de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
- Supervisar la antigüedad de las cuentas por cobrar para garantizar que las gestiones de cobro se realizan a tiempo y se minimiza el riesgo potencial.
- Mantener una comunicación abierta con todos los departamentos

**Requerimientos**:

- De 1 a 2 años de experiência en **CUENTAS POR COBRAR.**
- Posición **presencial** en la ciudad de BARRANQUILLA.
- Se valorará la experiência en SAP.
- Degree en contabilidad, finanzas o afines.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
**- DOMINIO del inglés 85 % en adelante. (Hablar con fluidez)**
