Join us in the role of Welcome Call Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients feel taken care of and confident.As a Welcome Call Specialist, you will be the friendly representative that greets our new clients, guiding them through an informative and engaging onboarding process.

Your primary goal is to create a welcoming and reassuring environment, building rapport and setting the tone for a lasting and positive relationship with clients We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and composed woman to join our Welcome Call team.This role is greatly focused on being warm and welcoming, patient, and helpful within our awesome team. Our Welcome Call team is a very special and valued group of people in our company who work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers, utilizing their exceptional interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate welcome calls to new clients, serving as their first point of contact after being passed on from our sales team who you will also grow to know
- Create a warm and friendly atmosphere during these introductory calls, putting clients at ease, answering questions they may have, and showing them around their new product. A woman is likely more suited for this role.
- Provide an overview of the product/service, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding.
- Customize conversations to address specific client needs, demonstrating your attentive and personalized approach.
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales call to welcome call.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of each interaction to facilitate future action and follow-ups.

- Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role is a plus.
