**We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support and Customer Service Agent to join our customer service team. This role is instrumental in providing entry-level technical support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a satisfactory end-user experience. The position is completely remote and will require availability to work night hours, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide level 1 technical support to customers, addressing product and service inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
- Resolve basic technical problems and assist users in resolving hardware and software-related incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using our ticket management system.
- Ensure a quick and efficient response to incoming support requests, following established procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and improve the quality of customer service.

Generate periodic support reports to identify trends, areas of improvement and process optimization opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum C1 level of English proficiency.**
- Previous experience in customer service and/or technical support, preferably in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of information technologies, including operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), networks and office software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work night hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and adapt to different time zones as necessary.
- Proactive, customer-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
