As an **Operations Support **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Dispatch and call on time the drivers and clients supervising the freights are picked up, on their way, and delivered properly.
- Gather documentation (POD, BOL, ETA) and data entry,
**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:
- Believe and love what you do.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proactive and autonomous.
- High communication skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Good customer service skills.
**Minimum requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least **6 months of experience** working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
**Perks**:
- **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (shift ends on Saturday morning)**. **During the first two weeks, the schedule will be Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for training.** We work by the American Calendar.**:
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for **Medellín, Colombia**. This position will be **on-site**.
- **Salary: $2'500.000 COP **+ Night Surcharges.
