As an **Operations Support **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system, making sure the updates are on time through inbound and outbound calls.

**Minimum requirements**

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least **6 months of experience** working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule: Friday
- saturday (11:00 pm - 8:00 am) // Monday - Wednesday (7:00 am
- 4:00 pm). **During the first two weeks, the schedule will be Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for training. **We work by the American Calendar.**:

- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for **Medellín, Colombia**. This position will be **on-site**.
- **Salary: $2'500.000 COP **+ Night Surcharges
