Social Media Content Developer and Paid Advertising

The Social Media Content Developer and Paid Advertising Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing paid advertising campaigns, and overseeing relationships with influencers on Instagram and TikTok. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness and engagement across these platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Development**:
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for social media posts and videos.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce content.
**Paid Advertising**:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives.
**Influencer Management**:
- Identify and build relationships with influencers on Instagram and TikTok who align with our brand.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and report on key performance metrics for content and advertising campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing team on social media performance and trends.
**Community Engagement**:
- Engage with followers and influencers on Instagram and TikTok, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content development and paid advertising.
- Proven experience managing successful Instagram and TikTok campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns.
**Skills**:
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert in written English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the dredging, marine, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design tools.
