Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Strategist and Influencer Partnership Manager to join our team at Multiple Influencers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media marketing strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and overseeing relationships with influencers on Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for Instagram and TikTok that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Influencer Management: Identify and build relationships with influencers on Instagram and TikTok who align with our brand, coordinate influencer campaigns, and negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for content and advertising campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content development and paid advertising, with proven experience managing successful Instagram and TikTok campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in written English and proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
