About the Role
As our new Costumer Service Manager (CSM) you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and promo our excellent service.
You will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations within the organization. Your primary role will involve ensuring that our customers receive high-quality support and assistance throughout their interactions with our software. You will develop strategies and procedures to enhance our customers’ satisfaction; handle customers’ inquiries and complaints; analyze your team’s performance; implement training programs for our staff; monitor service metrics; collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience; and develop strategies for customer retention.

As our CSM your main goal will be to improve customer satisfaction and to ensure that our service delivery meets the highest standards. Additionally, you will work with your team:
