THE OPPORTUNITY- We are looking for the Global Operations Executive to lead our Latin America Global Business Services (GBS) Hub team.- This Executive will be responsible to:
- Develop, define and implement the vision and strategy of the GBS operations in Bogota in line with Global GBS strategy to adidas subsidiaries in scope
- Support and drive the GBS transformation, organization and competence buildup for Bogota location
- Focus on integrating and optimizing service delivery and customer satisfaction after stabilization
- DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILTIES- Ensure inbound organization readiness to implement GBS Transition Roadmap
- Work closely with and support GBS Program Office on Roadmap design
- Be in charge of inbound team hiring and training to secure resource readiness for Key Trainings and Transitions
- Proactively work with different transition stakeholders to drive transition executed according to methodology and transition plan
- Take ownership of work quality of inbound team to ensure a smooth transition of all streams operation into the delivery center
- Build_ _up center competence and develop people
- Work closely with GBS global leadership, all stream Global Process Owners (GPO) and HR on GBS center organization design
- Be role model, lead and coach the GBS center management team on driving an adequate deployment of the GBS standards and mindset across all operational teams
- Own GBS center people development
- Deliver services in accordance with established standard processes
- Coordinate with GBS different stream GPO and drive decisions towards adoption and _implementation of standard processes_ to limit deviations to the minimum, ensuring constant revision and improvement of operations
- Provide a comprehensive governance framework for GBS center and drive change requests of new solution utilization across all GBS streams
- Lead the transformation to the GBS service deliverables in accordance with the Global GBS Operating Model
- Drive complex issue resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Ensure GBS center services level and tasks delivered in line with SLAs and KPIs
- Address on-going requirements raised by markets and drive for solutions under standard template
- Actively lead GBS team be interfaced with market strategy and provide value added services accordingly
- Drive performance continuous improvement & efficiency delivery through process standardization, harmonization as well as automation development and execution
- Work closely with different internal and external parties (i.e. Non-Trade Procurement, IT, HR, etc.) to ensure office infrastructure setup and equipped for on-going operation and organization growth
- WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR- A strong fit for the role will have:
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into concrete plans and deliverables
- Understanding of E2E-processes in GBS specifically: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex situation and develop innovative solutions within and changing environment
- Ability to work and deliver results under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines
- Ability to manage diverse senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferable in finance or business
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in GBS in scope functions (Finance, HR Supply Chain, Procurement)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in management positions (Shared Service Center or Global Business Solutions experience highly preferred).
- Strong experience in process improvement or transformation programs
- Retail business experience highly preferred
- Proficient English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
- Be able to frequently travel
