Tus funciones dentro del rol serán:
- **
Estrategia y Ejecución de Ventas**: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas para promover los servicios de AWS a clientes potenciales y existentes, con el objetivo de alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas.
- ** Gestión de Relaciones con el Cliente**: Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proporcionando soluciones personalizadas de AWS.
- ** Análisis de Mercado**: Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar oportunidades comerciales, comprender las tendencias de la industria y mantenerse al tanto de la competencia.
- ** Generación de Leads y Cierre de Acuerdos**: Generar leads a través de diversos canales, negociar y cerrar acuerdos, centrándose en el crecimiento de ingresos.
- ** Colaboración y Retroalimentación**: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos técnicos y de producto, proporcionando retroalimentación de los clientes para ayudar a refinar las ofertas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Que esperamos de tí:
**Educational and Experience Skills**:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Comunicaciones o campo relacionado. Se prefiere Maestría.
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en el sector de ventas dentro de la industria de tecnología de la información, incluyendo posiciones de liderazgo en equipos comerciales o roles de éxito del cliente.
**Habilidades Requeridas**:
- Historial comprobado de liderar con éxito equipos de ventas y superar objetivos de ingresos, preferiblemente con enfoque en la venta de soluciones en AWS.
- Comprensión sólida de las iniciativas de transformación digital y su alineación con soluciones basadas en AWS.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de interpretar datos y tendencias del mercado para impulsar decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con AWS.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y partes interesadas internas, mientras se destaca la propuesta de valor de las soluciones en AWS.
- Dominio de software CRM y otras herramientas de productividad de ventas, con experiência específica en la gestión de ventas de soluciones en la nube de AWS.
- Experiência trabajando en un entorno global o multicultural, con enfoque en la venta de soluciones en la nube de AWS.
- Certificación en desarrollo de negocios o campo relacionado, preferiblemente con un enfoque en tecnologías de AWS.
- Fluidez en inglés. (Mínimo B2)
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y presentación, destacando las capacidades y beneficios de las soluciones en la nube de AWS.
