**Descripción del Cargo**
**Funciones**
- Rediseñar el flujo de Onboarding entendiendo las necesidades locales, para mejorar la efectividad de la adopción de la plataforma.
- Supervisar y coordinar la implementación de proyectos de Onboarding, garantizando la entrega oportuna y eficiente.
- Comunicarse proactivamente con los clientes para proporcionar actualizaciones, recopilar retroalimentación y abordar cualquier inquietud.
- Tener presente y hacer los esfuerzos necesarios para cumplir con la estrategia global de Customer Success.
- Mantener un contacto constante con otros líderes de Customer Success, para asegurar la mejora continua de los procesos de Onboarding.
- Analizar métricas clave de rendimiento para evaluar la eficacia de los programas de onboarding.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y proponer soluciones.
**Requisitos**
- Profesional con experiência trabajando en área de clientes, como postventa, Customer Success u Onboarding.
- Más de 3 años de experiência en el área de clientes.
- Manejo de CRM de clientes.
- Experiência en gestión y seguimiento de clientes.
- Más de 2 años de experiência en liderazgo de equipos.
- Experiência trabajando en empresa SaaS.

- Experiência trabajando en empresas relacionadas a la industria de la salud.
