**What You'll Do**:
- Coordinate and schedule new patient appointments based on doctors' availability.
- Manage and organize medical records for both new and existing patients.
- Obtain essential medical information from referring providers to facilitate the new patient process.
- Follow up with patients regarding existing and upcoming appointments.
- Document all procedures and processes meticulously within our electronic medical record system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by team leaders or managers.
**What You'll Bring To The Team**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+ level).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience as a new patient coordinator is preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
