Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at NeoWork.

This role is a 100% home-based position with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be an essential part of our operations and will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance.

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams within NeoWork to share valuable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in a customer support or related role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a genuine desire to help customers.

  1. Customer Inquiries and Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, complete, and timely information or solutions.
  2. Issue Management: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints.
  3. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
  4. Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively support customers.
  5. Documentation and Tracking: Document and track customer interactions and relevant information in our system.
  6. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
  7. Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer support or related role.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help customers.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
  7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  9. Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
