El Training CX Specialist es el responsable de liderar una de las siguientes áreas de foco para todo el equipo de Customer Experience (Personal Bankers, Disponibilidad, Cuenta): i. Reclutamiento, capacitación y bienestar; ii. Proyectos de alto impacto y iii. Customer Insights. Su objetivo principal es desarrollar el área para asegurar que contribuya a ofrecer el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes con foco en calidad, productividad, manejo integral y alineación entre equipos y áreas.

Es responsable de la estrategia de reclutamiento, capacitación, motivación y acompañamiento del equipo para asegurar su formación integral, bienestar, excelencia en performance y mejora continua, asegurando que todos cuenten con las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para garantizar la excelencia en el servicio a los clientes.
Tareas y Responsabilidades:.- Definición y ejecución de la estrategia de reclutamiento y retención de talento.- Diseño y ejecución del Programa de Onboarding de nuevos ingresos.- Diseño e implementación del programa de acompañamiento integral de los equipos (Personal Bankers, Disponibilidad, Cuenta) que asegure su formación integral, bienestar, excelencia en performance y mejora continua.- Asegurar que todos los equipos cuenten con los conocimientos y herramientas necesarias para brindar el mejor servicio a nuestros clientes (manejo de peticiones/quejas/reclamos, conocimiento integral y gestión de portafolio, gestión activa a través de campañas outbound, aseguramiento de la calidad).- Promoción de la visión cliente-céntrica RappiPay, impulsando el foco cliente en la mentalidad y dirección de la organización.
Requisitos técnicos:
- Experiência en gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios- Experiência en gestión de programas y proyectos transversales- Capacidad de análisis y optimización de procesos- Conocimiento básico de herramientas de Data Analytics (Power BI, Data Studio, SQL) (Posición Data & Analytics: Nível Avanzado)- Excel avanzado y gestión de bases de datos- Capacidad de medición y seguimiento de métricas operacionales- Inglés B2- Plus: Experiência en startups y/o áreas relacionadas con Customer Experience- Más de 1 año en experiência laboral
