¿**Qué hacemos en el equipo de Customer Experience?**

La misión de este equipo es resolver las necesidades de nuestros clientes de forma eficiente buscando que en cada interacción queden encantados con el servicio de Compara. A su vez, CX conecta las necesidades de los clientes con el resto de Compara, con el objetivo de poder identificarlas e implementar cambios en el producto que mejoren su experiência.

**¿Cuál será tu rol como Customer Experience Specialist Junior?**
- Garantizar que los clientes de ComparaOnline tengan una atención WOW
- Queremos un experto en la usabilidad de la página de ComparaOnline, sus productos, procesos y sistemas que nuestros clientes utilizan.
- Será responsable de prestar consultoría de productos, levantar problemas operacionales y tecnológicos que afecten a los clientes, interactuando con las distintas áreas y responsabilizándose por la resolución de problemas y consultas.

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones como Customer Experience Specialist Junior?**
- Atender a los clientes que nos contactan por los distintos canales (telefónico, mail, RRSS, chat).
- Dar soporte a clientes en cuanto a dudas de productos.
- Contactar a los clientes en forma proactiva, anticipar las posibles consultas a CX a fin de evitar el re-contacto de los clientes.
- Velar por la resolución de problemas levantados por clientes en el primer contacto.
- Proponer mejoras en los procesos, organización y sistemas en base a feedback y sugerencias de los clientes.
- Trabajar junto con las Unidades de Negocio y el área Legal cuando la resolución de reclamos sea compleja.
- Asegurarte que el centro de ayuda siempre esté actualizado.
- Derivar y hacer seguimiento de los casos elevados desde Post Venta, como los detractores del NPS, clientes SERNAC y oficios CMF.

¿**Qué necesitas para postular?**
- Nível educativo: Carrera Técnica o Profesional, incluyendo estudiantes en formación.
- Habilidades: Comunicativas, orientación al cliente, buenas relaciones interpersonales, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
- **_Será un plus si:_**:

- Sabes contener situaciones críticas.
- Respondes de la mejor forma por canales escritos, extendiendo nuestra cultura WOW de CX para los clientes y las distintas problemáticas del día a día.
- Tienes excelentes relaciones interpersonales para enfrentar el trabajo en el equipo y bajo presión.

**¿Qué te ofrecemos?**

- Salario base: $1.500.000 COP.
- Renta variable: Comisiones según % de satisfacción de NPS (máximo $200.000 COP).
- **_Horario:_**:

- De Lunes a Jueves: 7am a 5pm.
- Viernes (rotativos cada 2 semanas): 7am a 3pm ó 7am a 4.30 pm.
- Sábados: 8am a 12pm (si el viernes va de 7 a 4.30, sino descansa).
