Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Supports the planning, development, and coordination of internal product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
- Manage the use of online platforms, prepare training materials; develop the content of the online course.
- Ensure that training programs meet the objectives of the company and the client.
- Maintains communication with clients to ensure the effectiveness of training.
- Lead the hiring process of HCPs and consultants for all areas of the company.
- Lead and manage the metrics of training and education KPIs
- Manage and support segmentation initiatives tools for HCPs
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required Any Health Care Careers (Nursing, Surgical Instrumentation, Bioengineerings, etc)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Training Education or Clinical Specialist
- Advanced English level required
- Microsoft office management
**Nice to Have**
- Experience leading projects
