**El rol**:
Estamos buscando un perfil de Customer Onboarding Support para unirse a nuestro equipo en Colombia Si eres una persona orientada a resultados, con antención al detalle, búsqueda de información, documentación de requisitos y servicio al cliente entonces te encantará el reto de ORBIDI

**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Revisar y Documentar la información necesaria para iniciar el proyecto con el cliente (Documentación Brief basado en datos de entrada de ventas).
- Abordar al cliente para complementar la información del proyecto y así iniciar producción de proyecto (WEB, Redes Sociales, SEO).
- Revisar la completitud y correctitud de la información de los proyectos antes de ser ingresados a producción.
- Organización de todos los documentos de referencia para iniciar la producción de los proyectos.
- Complementar información técnica importante tal como: Accesos, vinculación Redes sociales, etc.
- Complementar la información de mercado del cliente basada en investigación competidores, y demás.

- Elevada atención al detalle y capacidades para organizar altos volúmenes de documentación.
- Grandes capacidades organizativas con habilidad para realizar tareas siguiendo minuciosamente guías de procesos estandarizados.
- Orientación a la investigación y búsqueda de información.
- Excelentes capacidades comunicativas escritas y verbales
- Manejo de Herramientas de Oficina (Office o Google).
- Se valorará positivamente experiência en herramientas como ClickUp y Hubspot.
- Excelentes capacidades de gestión del tiempo y habilidad para priorizar las tareas
