About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and customer-obsessed professionals to join our client's Call Center as Customer Service Representatives (Phone).
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone and ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and with empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to high-volume inbound customer requests via phone.
- Resolve customer issues, questions, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized service.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Evaluate situations accurately and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- C1-C2 level English proficiency.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- College degree in communication, marketing, languages, or a related field (preferred).
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet office space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in the BPO industry (preferred).
