**Responsibilities**:
List the job essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Include all important

aspects of the job whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, and any that occur at irregular intervals.

Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Data Entry: Enter sales orders into our NetSuite system.
- Order Acknowledgment: Send order acknowledgments to customers.
- Logistics Coordination: Build truck loads weekly, request freight quotes, and coordinate

with carriers and cold storage.
- Inventory Management: Enter lot allocations from Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Customer Service
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Review claims for shortages and damages, gather necessary

documentation, and issue credits as approved.

Financial Management
- Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers.
- Accounts Receivable: Send weekly A/R reminders and past due notices.

Sales Support
- Sales Materials: Order sales materials as requested by the sales team.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate school shows and travel schedules.
- Team Support: Provide support to the sales team and attend weekly sales meetings.

General Duties
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
