We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Carrier Relations Manager. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Carriers and Data Centers, negotiating contracts, and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships. As a Senior Carrier Relations Manager, you will collaborate with Carriers to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of services, address service-related issues, and oversee contract negotiations and billing processes.

**C**ore Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Carriers and Data Center companies, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with Carriers and Data Center companies, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with Carriers and Data Center companies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services, including space & power provisioning, network connectivity, bandwidth, and related services.
- Act as a liaison between customers, Carriers, and Data Center companies, addressing service-related issues such as network outages, service disruptions, or billing discrepancies, and working towards prompt resolutions.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and billing processes with Carriers and Data Center companies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Collaborate and negotiate with Carriers and Data Center companies to evaluate contract renewals, negotiate terms, and explore opportunities for expanding services or coverage areas.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with carrier and Data Center companies' account managers and other key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management regarding carrier and Data Center partnerships, pricing structures, and industry trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to carrier and Data Center partnerships, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the carrier relations team, fostering their professional growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- English must be C1 or higher.
- Proven experience in managing carrier and Data Center partnerships at a senior level, including contract negotiations and relationship management
- Demonstrated track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Carriers and Data Center companies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and Data Center operations is essential.
- Spanish fluency
