**Responsibilities**:
**La oportunidad**
Diseñar los planes de fidelización de clientes del canal tradicional asociado al modelo de B2B en el mercado, asegurando la conversión de usuarios (tenderos) y dando soporte a las estrategias comerciales de forma digital.
- Diseño, alineación y evaluación de promociones, asegurando venta incremental y sostenibilidad de las inversiones
- Definición, alineación y evaluación de campañas y/o comunicación hacia los clientes
- Definición de clusterización digital de clientes como base del alcance de las estrategias comerciaes
- Adiministración del programa de fidelización y recompensas asegurando la alineación de los _stakeholders_ del proceso
- Diseño y gestión de la estrategia digital para el apalancamiento del programa de Tienda Perfecta
- Ejecución de presupuesto de customer engagement para modelo digital
**Tu impacto**
Como Digital Sales Customer Engagement Lead responsabilidades constarían de
- Definir la estrategia para el fortalecimiento de las relaciones con los clientes digitales a través del modelo B2B: incrementar la base de clientes fully digital y reducir la tasa de abandono resolviendo las principales causales de salida o retorno al modelo de venta tradicional
- Asegurar una experiência positiva del cliente digital, validando el customer journey, identificando y proponiendo mejoras en la interfaz con el usuario, elementos visuales y de comunicación, simplificando el uso y generando contenido que promueva el uso de la app MiNegocio+.
- Analizar los datos de venta, comportamiento del cliente en la app y por cluster, para generar estrategias de crecimiento en venta para regiones especificas o por audiencia.
- Crear estrategias de fidelización para los clientes, proponer programas de redenciones, alineando las iniciativas On/Off con el equipo de Marketing y Dx local para mejorar la adopción del cliente y promover el crecimiento.
- Diseñar, alinear y evaluar promociones para generar crecimiento en la venta, mitigar impactos en SOM, impulsar cobertura, por audiencia por ciudad/canal, de acuerdo con las prioridades del negocio y la estrategia comercial, colaborando con el equipo del sector para su correcta configuración, ejecución y comunicación.
- Diseñar, alinear y evaluar campañas para impulsar la venta digital de acuerdo con las prioridades por marca y región establecidas, colaborando con el equipo del sector para su correcta configuración, ejecución y comunicación.
- Definir estrategia de clusterización de acuerdo con las prioridades comerciales del negocio
- Validar retroalimentación de los clientes (NPS) e identificar necesidades de mejora, proponer nuevas interacciones, funcionalidades o mejoras en la app.
- Planeación y ejecución del presupuesto asignado para la estrategia de customer engagement
Qualifications:

- 4 years experience in sales or commercial areas for Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies
- Intermediate English required
