**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
With a transformational role, this role is responsible for the adoption of digital technologies across the spectrum of marketing to plan, activate and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize impact for brands, increase efficiency and efficacy and reduce activation cost. This persona establishes the offline and digital strategy of the organizational unit and with the resources and commercial partners at its disposal, it is responsible for implementing it in all the communication activities of the brands. The DM is accountable for the consumer experience across all their touchpoints across all media.
The DM ensures to promote the collection of First party Data, consumer loyalty strategies seeking to activate media strategies and personalized content.
**Your Impact**
**As Media Consumer Engagement, **your scope would consist of **
**Local media strategy and execution**
- Operate de business delivering AOP objectives and full year P&L commitments
- Leads the strategic planning and execution of all media plans
- Supports brand teams in the Total Connection Planning process, ensuring their active participation in Briefing, content development and campaign approval process
- Ensures campaign tracking and optimization in real time with full visibility for Brand Managers.
- Ensures that all media plans are being implemented with the best media mix to accelerate the business transformation of the company and maximize ROI
- Responsible for developing and implementing the mechanisms to safeguard the integrity of the company, its brands and its resources in the digital sphere.
- The OU media lead is responsible for defining, implementing and ensuring the adoption of the business unit's media strategy across marketing groups, agencies and all other functional areas of the value chain responsible for delivering the results. of marketing including Corporate Affairs, Legal, IT, Marketing Services, Sales, Operations and in global and regional Expertise Centers.
- Delivery through collaboration with different internal areas and suppliers, advanced and highly specialized digital marketing services to brands in and digital including activities such as media buying, channel and content planning and strategy, interactive development, social media operation, digital analytics and content production.
- Responsible for the consimer engagement exosystems sucha as:
- Digital content (video, text, animation, photography)
- Customer service in digital channels
- Digital Analytics (media, social, competition benchmarking, consumer understanding, budget, creativity)
- Buying and media planning
- Responsible for the position and agenda of the OU in terms of digital marketing, governance, technology, digital auditing and capacities in the areas of digital governance and technologies with the sector
- Collaborates in the strategic integration agenda of media and E commerce and provides Digital Center services to eCommerce channels.
- Own local strategy and use cases implementation of martech tools (when available) from discovery to implementation phases.
- Execute JBPs assets and solutions local execution.
- Manage all stakeholders in a daily Digital and Martech operational project (IT, Legal, PR, Brands, Shopper etc)
**Management of agencies and business partners**
- Coordinate media and creative agencies to create meaningful connections with consumers and ensure excellence in execution.
- Aligned with the regional and global strategy, leads the commercial relationship with industry experts establishing PepsiCo's digital position in the digital market before entities such as publishers (Facebook, Google, Twitter), content providers and intellectual property (TV Channels), industry chambers, agencies and media centers
- Adopt and embed in the market daily activities & best practices shared by sector
- Own and lead local projects that will benefit the market
- Co -Lead with brands Total Connections Planning (TCP)
- Manage and Negotiate local Creative & Media Agencies SOW/ Fees negotiation
