**Position**:Digital Marketing Coordinator

**City**:Bogotá (On-site)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

**Remuneration**: $3'000.000 - 3'500.000

**Responsabilities**:

- **Brand Awareness**: Elevate online and local market brand visibility through targeted social media strategies, participation in events, tradeshows, and other promotional activities.
- **Sales Enablement**: Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including white papers, pitch decks, proposals, and respond to ad hoc requests to support the sales team.
- **Content Creation**:Produce engaging content and visual assets for various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
- **Digital Advertising**: Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Social Media Marketing**:Lead social media marketing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook, to foster community engagement and increase brand loyalty.
- **Project Management**: Utilize project management and Kanban tools to organize, track, and monitor tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to inform future marketing strategies.

**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written English and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Video creation and editing skills for social media are highly desirable.
