Nuestro cliente, una Startup Fintech Mexicana con presencia en Latam, está en búsqueda de **Líder de Customer Service y Cobranza** en Bogotá, con amplia experiência en customer service, liderando estrategias orientadas a las necesidades de los clientes, garantizando el éxito y seguimiento de sus servicios.

**¿Qué harás en esta posición?**
- Supervisar la experiência del cliente, servicio y cobranza para Colombia y Ecuador.
- Actuar como puente estratégico entre las áreas de la compañía y las necesidades de los clientes.
- Gestionar el equipo de asesores cx y cobradores en Colombia y Ecuador.
- Alinear procesos y definir estrategias para garantizar la mejor experiência de servicio con los clientes.
- Mantener y controlar KPI's como el Net Promoter Score (NPS), SLA y retención de clientes, asegurando un excelente servicio y eficiencia en cobranza.
- Generar insights para la mejora continua y desarrollo de estrategias de retención de clientes.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:
**¿Qué deberías tener previamente?**
- Pasión por el servicio y la experiência del cliente
- Formación profesional, con especialización o maestría preferiblemente
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente para brindar el mejor servicio y experiência.
- Contar con una gran atención al detalle, gran capacidad para priorizar y organizar el trabajo de forma eficaz.
- Habilidades de comunicación fuertes y efectivas.
- Fuerte enfoque en el trabajo en equipo, inmersión en la operación y comunicación efectiva.
- Preferiblemente experiência con Zendesk, Guschat o CRM similar para manejo de campañas.
- Conocimiento de manejo de campañas de cobranza usando marcadores automatizados.
- Habilidades avanzadas de Excel y/o manejo de bases de datos.

- Salario entre $6.500.000 a $9.000.000 COP según tu perfil
