Sanction Screening Operations are a specialized unit providing control services for payments.

We are hiring for new Client Experience team that will provide dedicated service to Clients in Sanctions Screening Operations.

We place special emphasis on providing the highest quality services to our Clients combined with timely performance, while ensuring that operational activities are conducted in accordance with the Global Sanctions Policy.

**_As a Sanctions Client Experience Officer You will have an opportunity to:_**
- Investigate Sanction queries including Client interactions in line with Match Verification Guidelines (MVG)
- Timely address all the client queries & escalate appropriately if not resolved on the same day
- Track the responses from the clients and make decision on payments based on gathered evidence
- Extensively collaborate with Client coverage/ Sales, Account management, Business
- Contribute to risk assessments and drive actions to address the root causes that can lead to breach of sanctions risk and reputational risk
- Provide coordination and governance over issue management
- Review Client data to identify themes / trends / improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations to client to enhance the data quality.
- Work with teams to implement and monitor a robust Risk and control governance mechanism for specific KRI’s
- Detailed MIS report to be sent to client on periodical basis consistently.
- Participate in ad-hoc duties in relation to process as assigned

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Sanctions and/or Client service knowledge
- 4-5 years of managing payments or knowledge of SWIFT is an added advantage
- Excellent Client communication and analytical skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Effective skills in coordinating multiple tasks
- Ability to handle confidential data
