This position will oversee and handle the program readiness and serve as liaison among project management, planning, project team and line management, as part of the main four stages of the program: Discovery, Solutioning, Validation and Implementation.

We seek a professional with strong leadership skills to coordinate effectively across LOBs/functions. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in different line of business and functions, advising on end-to-end process solutions and collaborate as a problem solver with a cross franchise view.

**Main Responsabilties**
- Define key deliverables, integrated project plan, strategy, Test cases completeness and KPIs ensuring proper tracking of the Ops & Technical readiness with a country end-to-end view, including developments and technical phases, and sucess criteria for UAT/Functional and regression test.
- Prepare executive and strategic presentations aligned with all key stakeholders with an integrated franchise view, key inter-dependencies and impact analysis cross programs, capacity/BAU resources distribution, and key franchise operating and technical indicators.
- Liaise with local, regional and global O&T and finance teams for the execution, escalating any risk/Issue on time, facilitating their resolution, ensuring proper alignment of objectives and implementation strategies.
- Perform process re-engineering and suggest process improvements as part of Transformations definitions, consider data strategy, risk and control considerations, liaising with Data Governance Office, TTS & Markets O&T and business areas, Finance, Global Functions, Citi’s Compliance, OTRC and ORM partners.
- Ensure deep understanding of country needs and complete scope definition in Technology Transformation/Core Banking programs, in coordination with each SME, Business analyst and team leads per line of business, assessing potential impact to regulators, clients and staff.
- Lead cross-product requirements completeness, and ensure those processes/activities readiness supported by robust documentation, AS IS and Should be flows and propose solutions of any open item engaging proper stakeholders per Line of Business
- Support country’s war room activities coordination with an integrated country view, in Technology transformations. Support proper tracking and Prod issues escalation (MIMs and INCs) as part of the Production support and Post Implementation phase.

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of professional experience in Operations and/or Technology areas within Citi, being a Subject matter expert in TTS, Markets or GFTS areas, products and processes.
- More than 10 years of experience in Program and Project Management, driving large and dynamic programs across country borders, leading multifunctional and multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at senior levels and to facilitate discussions at medium levels.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in driving effective teams of domain experts and professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive parts of the program/project, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success working independently in a remote, regional/global environment

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree required in Management, Industrial engineering or related. MBA, PMP certification or project management specialization is preferred
