Intern Student Services Customer Service Operations

**Resumen del puesto**:
Reportando al líder de Seguridad y Protección de Colombia, este estudiante, presta servicios, realiza actividades que hacen parte de las iniciativas y programas de seguridad y protección de la compañía. Se enfoca en la prevención de accidentes de trabajo así como en la prevención de enfermedades ocupacionales de los empleados, aspectos ambientales y los impactos, en cumplimiento de las Normas Regulatorias, leyes, y políticas globales de Diebold Nixdorf.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Realiza inspecciones en todos los sectores de la empresa con el fin de detectar, registrar y remediar las condiciones inseguras en el ambiente de trabajo, así como orientar a los empleados en la observancia de las normas de seguridad, los procedimientos correctos, el uso adecuado de los instrumentos y EPI, las máquinas y los diversos equipos disponibles y utilizados por los empleados.
- Acompaña el cronograma de exámenes médicos obligatorios relacionados con el trabajo, como exámenes periódicos, capacitación, ergonomía, comités internos de prevención de accidentes y otros, garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos. Este trabajo se realiza en conjunto con los proveedores de servicios médicos de la empresa.
- Realizar periódicamente la actualización del Programa de Prevención de Riesgos Ambientales, en cumplimiento de la Normativa, con el objetivo de regularizar los riesgos ambientales existentes en la empresa.
- Presenta las charlas de inducción de los nuevos empleados, informando sobre las normas de higiene y seguridad, así como el uso de los EPIs (Equipos de
- Protección Individual) y de los uniformes, si fuera necesario.
- Acompaña a los Técnicos en la realización de las evaluaciones laborales legales, dándoles el apoyo y la información necesaria para el buen desarrollo del trabajo. Supervisa la instalación de nuevos equipos, informándose u orientando su funcionamiento con vistas a la prevención de accidentes. Prepara instrucciones escritas para orientar a los empleados.
- Realiza otras tareas relacionadas con el puesto, a criterio del supervisor o de la dirección.
**Cualificaciones necesarias**:
Resolución de problemas, atención al cliente, pensamiento crítico y analítico, supervisión y gestión, comunicación eficaz, búsqueda de información, precisión, trabajo bajo presión y atención al detalle.
**Cualificaciones deseables**:
Se valorará el nível intermedio de inglés.
