**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de marketing digital de pago (Google y Facebook principalmente) para nuestros clientes, centrándose en la conversión y el performance del eCommerce.

**Los retos clave que asumirás con nosotros serán**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de medios digitales pagos para nuestros clientes.
- **Crear, administrar y optimizar campañas** publicitarias en línea para maximizar el rendimiento y lograr los objetivos de conversión.
- Analizar los resultados de las campañas publicitarias en línea y proporcionar informes de rendimiento detallados.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias en medios digitales y publicidad en línea.

**¿Qué necesitas para ser un Rockstar en esta posición?**
- Ser profesional en Publicidad, Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación, Ingeniería industrial o afines. (Relacionados a Medios digitales).
- Tener experiência mínima de **5 años **en áreas relacionadas a Medios Digitales o medios pagos como por ejemplo; Planner digital, Trafficker Senior digital, Especialista digital, Digital marketing strategist, Bidding platform Expert, Social media Expert, Paid media, entre otros.
- Experiência específica en e-Commerce de al menos **3 años **manejando medios digitales.
- Tener conocimiento y certificaciones en: Facebook Bussiness Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads (Especialmente Campañas PMax), Google Merchant Center, planeación y creación de estrategias.
