**Purpose**:
Lead and implement access strategies for selected TA within the country

**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Designs and executes innovative access solutions in selected ecosystems to support agile teams.
- Focus on analyzing the HC environment and will accompany the strategy development coming marketing as well as partner with the accounts in the construction of customized strategy for each account (Payer or health Care Provider), using medical, access and commercial tools, through the coordination with novartis cross-functional team.
- Will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to develop and execute tailored programs that are based on a thorough understanding of the local market drivers and opportunities that are aligned with imperative customer strategic.
- Bridge external Healthcare System knowledge with SAMs, HEOR, Field Customer Engagement, Medical and Strategic Marketing team for the generation of product strategies that harmonize with the company's vision of being customer-centric.
- Co-create the strategy by the account teams around patient access in the accounts prioritized by the organization. Facilitate and achieve optimal patient access by building relationships with key influencers and decision makers at the local level.
- Drives decisions related to the harmonized access strategy to be customer-centric at the local level.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Deep understanding of National Health Care system
- Prior experience in Access in Colombia, and Access model knowledge
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams
- Regulatory environment of drug P&R and Listing processes
- Experience with reimbursement dossier compilation
- Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics
- English and Spanish at a fluent level
- Ability to bring access knowledge to pragmatic solutions to clients
