About the role

The Business Unit Head for represents Diageo towards On Trade clients and is accountable of the end-to-end commercial agenda.

Builds and executes the distributor´s business plan, maximizing the commercial opportunity to win share and exponentially grow the business.

Responsabilities:
- Win share and beat the plan in terms of sales, distribution, brand activation and commercial standards' execution.- Ensure no “Out Of Stocks”, balanced “Rate of Sales”, and “Stock in Trade” via “Sell Out Plans”.- Champion “Route To Consumer” evolution and development of e-comm in distributors (B2B) and customers (B2C).- Deliver financial targets in line with Diageo´s ambition: NSV, Trade Spend, Gross Margin.- Lead trade investment based on four principles:

- 1) Identified clients that play a key role in our ambition and set achievable but aspirational targets.
- 2) Agreements must reflect short term ROI. 3) Balance all elements of commercial spend towards sell out and gaining quality share.
- 4) Improve efficiency.- Bring “Customer Centric Approach” to all conversations and have a clear understanding of the competitor landscape.- Unleash the power and pride of the commercial ecosystem improving and simplifying processes and developing leadership and functional capabilities across the distributor´s organization.- Lead distributor´s development plan as per Diageo framework for distributors management.

About You:
- Experience: At least 15 years in Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing in CPG companies. Of those 15 years, at least 4 years in field sales and 2 years managing distributors. Diversity statement
