Este rol brindará una visión y dirección estratégica y de liderazgo a los equipos de marketing y ventas de la Unidad de Negocio de Vacunas en Colombia. Asimismo, liderará el trabajo cross-funcional desde el área de Vacunas, teniendo como objetivo común alcanzar los planes de venta del país garantizando la ejecución de las estrategias de mercadeo y maximizando el beneficio para la población colombiana.

**DESAFIOS DE LA POSICIÓN**
- Liderar la definición y ejecución de los planes anuales de marketing (p. ej., plan de marca, programas y tácticas de marketing) y ventas (p. ej., programas y tácticas de educación/concientización) como una forma de cumplir con los objetivos acordados de producto y ventas.
- Liderar la implementación de los planes de mercadeo y ventas junto con los equipos multifuncionales relevantes asegurando la alineación local con la estrategia global de marca.
- Liderar el P&L y los indicadores financieros y de desempeño de la unidad de negocio.
- Liderar el crecimiento de la unidad de negocio y mantener estrategias competitivas.
- Desarrollar y mantener excelentes relaciones con la comunidad médica, los KOL y los clientes.
- Colaborar con el Gerente General, Recursos Humanos y todos los demás equipos funcionales relevantes para moldear la cultura organizacional y la filosofía corporativa definida en Takeda.
- Promover el desarrollo continuo de su equipo de trabajo y facilitar la experiência excepcional la experiência de los empleados en Takeda.
- Organizar y dirigir revisiones comerciales trimestrales (o con mayor frecuencia cuando sea necesario) en colaboración con equipos multifuncionales relevantes.
- Garantizar que los recursos de ventas/marketing y los sistemas administrativos sean eficaces y adecuados para ayudar a la unidad de negocio alcanzar sus objetivos de ingresos a corto, medio y largo plazo.
- Asegurar que todas las actividades de BU cumplan con el Código de conducta/Políticas de Takeda y el Código promocional del país.
- Participar proactivamente en todas las actividades definidas de acuerdo con el cargo y función, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST, buscando el cuidado de la seguridad y salud, logrando así el cumplimiento de lo definido en la política de la Compañía en esta materia.

**A QUIÉN BUSCAMOS**

**Experiência y educación**
- Pregrado en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración de empresas, ingeniería Industrial o similar.
- Al menos 10 años de experiência en compañías farmacéuticas, con un número significativo de años en posiciones de liderazgo.
- Experiência significativa y un historial de éxito en la gestión de ventas regional/nacional y/o en la gestión de marcas/productos.
- Experiência en el liderazgo y gestión de unidades de negocio.
- Experiência en portafolio y unidades de negocio de Vacunas.
- Pensamiento estratégico.
- Ingles de negocio avanzado.

**Competencias y habilidades**
- Habilidad de comunicación altamente desarrolladas tanto interna como externamente.

- WHAT YOU WILL DO_

This role will provide strategic and leadership vision and direction to the marketing and sales teams of the Vaccines Business Unit in Colombia. He/she will also lead the cross-functional work from the Vaccines area, having as a common objective to achieve the sales plans of the country, guaranteeing the execution of the marketing strategies, and maximizing the benefit for the Colombian population.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Provide leadership and implementation of the annual marketing (e.g., brand plan, marketing programs and tactics) and sales (e.g., education/awareness programs and tactics) plans to meet agreed product and revenue goals.
- Provide leadership in the implementation of marketing and sales plans with relevant cross functional teams ensuring local alignment with the global brand strategy.
- Deliver local P&L goals and other performance and financial objectives.
- Lead the growth of the business unit and maintain competitive strategies.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the medical community, KOL's and customers.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Human Resources, and all other relevant functional teams to set the organizational culture and the corporate philosophy defined in Takeda.
