EyeCatch Networks **is a dynamic and innovative digital signage company based in Miami Florida designing custom digital solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers by providing innovative solutions for digital menu boards, digital retail screens, corporate communications, interactive kiosks, wayfinding, and content creation. Helping businesses effectively manage in-store communications using digital displays across their points of business from one central location.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead LED Business Unit
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product portfolio for LED products.
- Manage product costs and pricing strategies while also creating cost estimates for projects.
- Cultivate and nurture strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Build LED Installation Requirements
- Identify and collaborate with structural manufacturing providers to meet project requirements.
- Partner with electrical providers to ensure the availability of necessary components and expertise.
- Establish relationships with external installation providers to fulfill project installation needs.
Build In-House LED Installation Team
- Recruit, train, and manage an in-house LED installation team to enhance project capabilities and reduce external dependencies.
- Provide Sales Engineering Support to Sales Team
- Assist the sales team in understanding the technical aspects of LED products and installations.
- Collaborate with sales personnel to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to address technical inquiries.
Go to Market & Sales Targeting
- Develop go-to-market strategies for LED products and services.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the LED business unit, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
**You’re a perfect fit if you**:
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is essential due to the need for effective communication in English-speaking markets.
- Proven experience in LED installation and project management, with a strong understanding of LED technology and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Systems, or Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in a similar position.
