**Responsabilidades**:

- Investigar y comprender a fondo los distintos segmentos de usuarios, sus motivaciones y puntos de dolor.
- Diseñar y optimizar el customer journey, identificando puntos de fricción y oportunidades para mejorar la experiência del usuario.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos creativos, estrategia y cuentas para asegurar la coherencia y la excelencia en cada punto de contacto.
- Crear y mantener perfiles de usuario detallados, utilizando datos y análisis para informar decisiones y estrategias.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar programas de feedback de usuarios para recopilar insights y retroalimentación valiosa.
- Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, implementando cambios basados en las necesidades y preferencias de los usuarios.
- Capacitar al equipo en principios de experiência del usuario y fomentar una cultura centrada en el usuario en toda la organización.
