We seek a Data Steward to facilitate a customer experience (CX) transformation initiative by overseeing customer data quality and governance for a new unified CRM system. You will partner with global and regional business teams to understand value drivers and translate them with data architects to help define a future-state data model that supports standardized CX processes, customer definitions, and data sources.

As a Data Steward, you will be part of our Data & AI Center of Excellence but work full-time on the CRM modernization project, ensuring the appropriate data quality and integrity, metadata management, and internal and external support are in accordance with our CRM transformation program.

**Job Requirements**:
As a Data Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the data quality, data governance, and data integrity for our global CRM system while driving innovation in how we approach customer data. You will:

- Lead CRM Data Governance Efforts: Establish and enforce data quality standards at a global level, working with regional CRM data leads to implement, maintain, and adjust them as needed. Work influences longer-term strategic decisions related to customer data and CRM functionalities.
- Drive Innovation: Bring a fresh perspective to customer data management and look for ways to transform how we leverage customer data for business success.
- Drive Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve data integration between platforms, systems, and teams where necessary. Solves highly complex issues and takes a broad, strategic perspective to identify solutions and best practices for customer data management.
- Salesforce Experience: Previous experience working with Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory. Regardless of the platform, you will be responsible for managing global CRM data quality and governance.
- Collaborate and Influence: You will be highly collaborative, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to influence stakeholders across various levels to drive adoption of customer data governance policies and processes.
