Here’s an overview of your future role:_**
- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Schedule: Day Shift; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CO time- Work Arrangement: Onsite, Bogotá- Salary: 4,000,000 COP

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proficient in English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in selling services to the US market.
- Experience in BPO operations is a plus.
- Experience in Sales as an outbound sales rep or team leader is preferred.
- Experience providing administrative help/support to a sales team.
- Experience as a supervisor in service delivery or sales operations is preferred.
- Experience in handling/coordinating with multiple clients.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in using and/or managing CRM tools, specifically Zoho.
- Experience with creating reports using PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and multitask.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines in a team environment.
- Self-Motivated.
- Must be organized and keen to details.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Support Growth Team administrative tasks, including but not limited to coordinating team events and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Help the Client Solutions Director in managing GBP compliance with the established sales process.
- Assist in managing client relationships and ensure a positive new client experience throughout the Sales and Implementation processes. This includes helping GBPs with proper handovers to the Project Implementations team, constantly monitoring interactions with the client, and intervening when necessary.
- Draft proposals, service agreements, and other materials to send to clients, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
- Update and maintain data consistency, accuracy, and completeness in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Occasionally take inbound calls and make outbound calls.
- Manage communications with all Referral Partners regarding milestone updates - first call, proposal sent out, deal won or lost.
- Coordinate clients visit logistics, including booking boardrooms, ensuring set-up, and printing relevant material.
- Collate all sales and marketing collateral, ensuring the latest files are available.
- Prepare regular reports that go out to internal stakeholders.
